Fabric material: out of everything that I have ever ordered from SHEIN this was the worst item ever not only was the arm short. The material was so thin. It was the worst coat I have ever seen, and the customer service was not helpful at all. As far as giving me credit for it after I have ordered so much stuff I had 10 other items come today alone with not one problem they were all perfectbut this one they did not help me with. A very unsatisfied customer, which I am never complaining about anything. The waist was small and the arms were short.
