Had the first generation AirPod pros they got ran over by a truck decided to get these because the pro threes fit your ear differently. These are a step up from the gen 1.

Picking up AirPods Pro2
I placed my order on line to be picked up at a store location. It was simple and quick! Very user friendly. Even had an employee call me just to follow up and let me know ow that it was ready and they gave me the pick up times. Very polite and great customer services. Well I pulled up I called the phone number in the spots because I had never done one at this store before but the associate was very friendly and told me how long ur would be to come meet me outside, which didn’t honestly take very long. She was very pleasant with a big smile on her face. Overall my experience was wonderful! Would refer family and friend’s to come ship here!

Best upgrade for price comparison
Product was factory packaged and consisted of everything that description offered. After using product I was most impressed coming to this upgrade from iPod pro now to the pro 2s significant difference

The shipping was super fast. I’m impressed with Walmart. My husband ordered his on Amazon the same day, and mine arrived long before his. It arrived the next day.
However, when I opened the package, I noticed the sticker around the AirPods case was slightly ripped. Since Apple usually emphasizes clean presentation, I was surprised. I even questioned whether these were genuine AirPods Pro, especially since they were manufactured in India. But when I charged them wirelessly, they made the signature Apple chime, so I believe they are authentic. Walmart didn’t mess up here, if anything, Apple did.
Things I love: the noise cancellation, the comfort, and the excellent battery life (they hold a charge well and recharge quickly). Don’t bother with the regular AirPods—go with the Pro.

Can’t check you in.
When the instructions tell you to “let us know when you on the way” and you do, the following message pops up- “We couldn’t check you in, You don’t have any orders eligible for pickup right now”… Explain that! I placed the order %26 you sent me the instructions..
Between this and my groceries being left at the door step WITHOUT anyone ringing the flipping door bell, I won’t sign back up for this Walmart Plus next time.

Walmart is a cheat.
Walmart is a cheat. I purchased expensive AirPod Pro. I received the package and when I opened it there was no Airpod. I am 66 years old.. I am running pillar to post calling Walmart customer service several timews . No one is willing to help. Walmart just stole my money.

Stolen product at warehouse
I received a delivery that was missing the AirPods. The Apple packaging was torn open, the charging cable was left on top — no AirPods. The box was sealed with Walmart paper tape, then clear shipping tape. The delivery label was placed over both. This tells me it was stolen before it made it out of the seller’s warehouse. Walmart needs to make this right — and investigate the seller/warehouse.

Walmart complaint
My AirPods was stolen from me 2 weeks ago and sold to an individual in Honduras. I went to Walmart before the return deadline and asked for a new pair. They suggested I get in contact with apple because they couldn’t assist me ! I looked on apple support and they want me to pay the full retail amount for a new pair !

Walmart stole my money!!!
I was delivered an empty box. Spent hours on the phone with Walmart. At first they told me to call FedEx. And then they told me I have to call my financial institution. I called FedEx and they said that Walmart simply needs to file a claim with them, and that it will get paid and research. Chances are, since the box was repackaged at their facility, it was lost or stolen. Walmart hung up on me three times and has literally stolen hundreds of dollars from me.
