- Testing conducted by Apple in July and August 2024 using preproduction AirPods 4 with Charging Case paired with preproduction iPhone 16 Pro Max units, all with prerelease software. The playlist consisted of 358 unique audio tracks purchased from the iTunes Store (256-Kbps AAC encoding). Volume was set to 50% and Spatial Audio was off. Testing consisted of full AirPods battery discharge while playing audio until the first AirPod stopped playback. Battery life depends on device settings, environment, usage, and many other factors.

Walmart tech department came through!
When I first got them, I did not have any volume in the left ear. I went to take them back to Walmart and they would not accept them because it already been a month electronics only have one month to return however, after visiting the electronics department, Hannah was very helpful to me and showed me on my settings on my phone that I had somehow Had only the right ear but turned on that’s why the left was not working. I was so happy that she was young and a techie. And was able to help me with this issue. I also found out from another customer that they come with one year warranty automatically from Apple no other problem since they are working great love them. This is my second pair only to me losing that earbuds the first time.! Keep hiring young techie people in that department to help us old folks work, our electronics! They are so smart!! Love the earbuds five stars!

Love the fact once they’re connected to your phone they just connect to your phone soon as you pull them out battery stays charged as it says as well I brought a case to put on my case from Best Buy I’m in love with my new AirPods

Absolutely love these air pods4 they fit well blocks external noise they are smaller then the air pod 2 I had and I never go anywhere without them they fit perfect in my ears and are comfortable and they were priced well

i got the ones without noise canceling. The fit of the AirPods is alright but if you really liked the fit of the gen 2’s or 3’s these might not be for you. The sound is amazing but would be much better with noise canceling. Dont waste your money though get the pros for noise canceling.

I’d say that the audio is actually pretty good. Fits well however, if you are planning to use these at the gym for an intense workout they may fall out.

Love them as far as the quality and sound but they don’t stay in my ear… they kept falling out! I prefer the generation 2 over these just because they stayed in my ear!

Not for small ears
I used to have the 2nd generation airpods, and those fit fine. I needed to replace them after I lost them and figured I would try these as they were new and fairly cheaper compared to other models. The redesigned shape makes it very difficult for them to stay in. I can’t wear them walking around and they fall out even while staying still. They rest inside my ear very delicately which causes them to fall out no matter the positioning.
The sound quality is insane and the updated features are really nice, so it’s a shame about the fit. I would highly recommend to anyone with larger ears but will be returning mine.

Walmart’s return process sucks
Since this air pods functions on and off, I decided to return it. From the customer’s end I was told that I could return it by Sep. 13th, Saturday. However, when I bring it to the Germantown Walmart store on Sep. 10th, I was told that I past the returning window and was refused that the airpods could be returned! I would give it zero star if I could.

Incorrect Item
I just received my order yesterday , I did order an AirPod 4 with active noise cancellation. When I read information on Walmart app, it describes with active noise cancellation and I will put the photos below. However, I just received the one with out active noise cancellation. I did email them for help, but no response. I feel so disappointed about that

I WILL NEVER BUY FROM WALMART AGAIN
DONT BUY WITH WALMART! THEY WILL SCAM YOU! Y’all are lucky I HAD to select a star to even do a review! I added apple care with my purchase on March 31, on June 6th Walmart canceled my Apple care and how convenient of my AirPods to break on June 8th. I reach out to them to find out why my Apple Care was cancelled and they tell me because it was “out of stock”… THREE MONTHS LATER!??? I spoke to several pointless reps and everyone gave me lies and no help. I was first told I would get a new pair of AirPods for the inconvenience LIE then I was told since that wasn’t put in , I would get a full refund LIE they pretty much told me it was nothing they could do because it was past the return time frame and that a $15 Walmart gift card should make happy which didn’t help at all… I paid more for the AppleCare than that! DO NOT BUY FROM WALMART!
